Our consulting journey began with a persistent observation: the most remarkable organizations, driven by purpose and staffed by passionate people, occasionally get lost in the wilderness. We observed boards restricted by governance challenges, leaders sidetracked by counterproductive strategic planning, and teams uncertain of how to stay aligned with the work that matters.

After more than twenty-five years of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector, including representing boards, advisory councils, and leadership teams, we continue to meet that opportunity. We designed our Strategic Wayfinding platform based on experiences and concepts co-generated in consulting projects and thought leaders embedded in the social sector. We aspire to set each organization up to succeed.
