I appreciate this video for a number of reasons.  One is that Rackspace uses the Gallup StrengthFinder tool to assess each employee’s strength.  Then they list the team member’s core strengths in a visible location as you enter their workspace.  It is a vital tool in thinking how to frame communication and interactions as you look to network ideas.
